Highlands ARB Guidelines modifications

The Highlands ARB Guidelines document was amended on November 21, 2017.  Four (4) new sections were added:
  1 - Information on construction of a detached building
  2 - Information on fines for not following ARB guidelines
  3 - Information on construction of pergolas
  4 - Information on lake restrictions
