Board Members

It is the intention of The Highlands Homeowners Association, through its Board of Directors, to provide the Homeowners with the most pleasant environment possible in which to live. It is also the intention of the Board to respect and treat fairly its members by enforcing covenants, restrictions, and architectural review standards in order to maintain the property values.
